ABOUT ME
I grew up being treated herbally, homeopathically and with a focus on natural foods and a balanced nutritional diet. So, it was from a young age that I began being interested in nature and it’s powers on health.
Initially, I studied a variety of Massage therapies, from Relaxation to Sports Remedial and even Ear Candling, however, I felt that patients were looking for a deeper and more encompassing form of healing. So, after 4+ years of further study, I qualified in Homeopathy and HomeoBotanicals. I also encompass techniques of mindfulness, meditation and look at spiritual nourishment.
I continually study further to help progress my knowledge enabling me to help my patients in more ways, and feel that the more rounded and natural approach we have to health, the better, thus giving a more complete well being.
Homeopathy.
Homeopathy is a natural healing modality which is non-toxic, non-addictive and can be taken alongside other medicines as they have very different mechanisms of working.
Homeopathic remedies treat the patient and their individual symptoms rather than a disease diagnosis. The individualising nature of Homeopathy differs greatly from mainstream medicine, each patient needs to be listened to and understood in their own words for the correct remedy to be found which can then bring about a deeper and more whole, holistic, healing.
